SeamlockZinc® Warm Roof System

The EQC SeamlockZinc® warm roof system was specified on this project incorporating Rocslab mineral wool insulation providing inherit thermal performance, excellent acoustic insulation and achieving 0.20 u-value Wm2k.

The system in relation to Fire is classified as non combustible and is classified as Euroclass A1 fire rating. The Seamlock® outer sheet as part of the warm roof system has a notional 'AA' designation as defined by BS476.

The SeamlockZinc® system is an attractive material that looks, weathers and performs just like traditional zinc and benefits also as a cost saving solution. It was also used on walls as a decorative rainscreen cladding option to great visual effect.
