A contempory designed apartment development set on an old Print works close to Dublin technology & business hub set on the site of an old Print works close to Grand Canal Quay.

SeamlockZinc® Standing Seam was chosen, for this project, as an alternative to traditional zinc for wall application, applied vertically to façade resulting in a striking looking building, contrasting with a traditional brick façade.

Manufactured using the SeamlockZinc® sheeting on aluminium substrate with a zinc rich coating that looks and weathers similar to traditional zinc, it is quick and simple to install.

SeamlockZinc® is proving to be an increasing popular choice for a range of housing and apartments on residential developments. More recently it has been chosen as a cost saving alternative to traditional zinc offering all the aesthetics and charm of material like zinc or lead for vertical wall applications to façade.
