SeamlockZinc® was chosen on this contemporary new build residential project in Co. Kildare for the Architect’s own designed home.

Due to the aesthetics and performance of the SeamlockZinc® system, this delivered the Architect, Melanie Dunne Weir’s, vision for both exterior roof and wall cladding design fulfilling the design brief and her aspirations.

The product was convenient, locally manufactured and cost effective to install than more traditional materials. The overall finish resulted in a great looking sustainable building.

Local Roofing contractor, McGuirk Roofing installed both roof and wall cladding paying particular attention to Architects’ incorporated feature elements such as dormer windows, Roof lights and solar panels.
