The Seamlock® roof supplied to this project was manufactured from Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® in a Pure Grey colour. Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® by Tata Steel is a proven and durable pre-finished steel and demonstrates exceptional performance & corrosion resistance. Furthermore it is guaranteed for up to 40 years when registered for. 

It wasn't just the great look of Seamlock® that secured the specification but also its performance. Seamlock® can be installed as a warm roof or cold roof system. For this project the Seamlock® warm roof system was chosen incorporating EQC's unique Rocbar fixing system. The roof features an excellent thermally efficient roof with a 0.13 W/m2k U-Value.
